Flights:
Flights should be booked to and from TOKYO - HANEDA AIRPORT (HND). Arrive anytime on October 30th but depart AFTER 1PM on November 6th. It is recommended to fly out of larger nearby airports (i.e. JFK/ATL/YYZ/SEA) for the best pricing.
Activities:
Guests participating in the Mario Kart experience are required to obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP). The permit must be issued no earlier than May 1st, as this marks the six (6) month window prior to the activity date. International Driving Permits can be obtained in the U.S. through AAA. Permits issued before May 1st will not be accepted. A valid U.S. driver’s license is also required at the time of the activity.
Travel Insurance:
Please note that travel insurance must be paid at the time of booking. You have the option to add travel insurance within 7 calendar days of your booking date, after which you won't be able to add it. We highly recommend including travel insurance from the start to protect your investment and give you peace of mind if anything should come up.

In order to arrange your transportation to and from the airport, we kindly request that all air information be provided by September 24th, 2026. Failure to submit air information by this date will result in the forfeiture of your included transfer transportation.
